Meet Raven

Raven joined our team in January of 2026 as the Event and Donor Relations Coordinator. She graduated from Western Illinois University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration and also studied Eco-tourism and Sustainable Hospitality at the University of Alicante in Spain in 2020. During her time at WIU, she worked with multiple charitable foundations while serving as the Community Service Chair for Tri Sigma Sorority. Her internships included developing educational programs, creating booking resources for major hotel brands, and daily activity programming. She began her nonprofit career at United Way of McDonough County in Macomb, Illinois, and has continued serving the local community as a recreation director and child educator. She volunteers with local food pantries and Christian ministry organizations and is passionate about giving back to the community she started in. She is excited to continue this work with Cancer Support Community.
