Slow Flow Evening Yoga

This program is being offered IN-PERSON at our Davenport Genesis West Clubhouse.

Join Ayla with Living Yoga for a relaxing yoga session. This class is a perfect way to wind down after a long day. We will move through a series of gentle yoga poses to help you relax and release tension. No experience required. All equipment provided.

The holidays can be a joyful time—but also a tender one. Join us as we light the Blessing Tree, a symbol of hope, love, and remembrance.

Each light, bow, and ornament represents someone special and together they shine brightly in honor of those we hold dear.

You can be part of this heartfelt tradition by sponsoring a light, bow, or ornament in memory of, in celebration of, or in gratitude for someone meaningful to you. Every name will appear on our Blessing Tree webpage, and a holiday tribute card will be sent to their loved ones.
