Anyone who has completed our Cancer Transitions series is invited to our Moline Clubhouse for a reunion! Bring a healthy dish to share (and maybe bring the recipe to share, too). Catch up with the cohort you were part of and make connections with other Cancer Transitions graduates. Discuss successes, challenges, etc.
